Cancellation & Return Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. Cancellation after 24 hours (if not shipped), 15% of your total amount will be charged to cover our order processing cost. You have to inform us via this email service@campeen.com to cancel your order. 

We do not accept order cancellations if the order has been shipped.

Return Policy

Orders can be returned within 14 days after delivery. For any reason you want to return or exchange, you have to contact us at service@campeen.com to initiate your return process.

Kindly note these 4 points:

(1) Items must be returned with all tags attached and in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, stain-free, and in sellable condition.

(2) Customers will be responsible for shipping cost and any customs duty associated with the return parcel.

(3) Please ship the products back via Standard Shipping, and make sure to email us the tracking number once it is shipped. (Campeen is not responsible for any lost returns).

(4) Before shipping the product back, you need to contact us first to provide you with the return shipping address.

NOTE: Please do not send your products to the address on the package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Exchange & Refund

Once your returned item is received, we verify that it complies with our return policy:

(1) If you would like an exchange, we will ship the size or style you requested;

(2) If you prefer a refund, we will submit a refund request through your original payment method. 

Please note that refunds may take 1-3 business days to process depending on your bank or credit card provider.

NOTE: If the returned items do not meet our exchange/return policy, your request will not be processed.

For defective products

For defective products (the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way), customers need to contact our customer service to provide you with a pleasant resolution.
